Located on 50 acres, it features a 10,000 square foot all-weather drive-thru facility, as well as a 3,850 foot paved and lighted airstrip. Local attractions include the Pearl River Resort which features two casinos, two hotels, two championship golf courses, water theme park and world class restaurants and accomodations. The sale site in Dothan, Alabama has recently undergone a complete remodeling and is now one of the nicest auction facilities around.
