Each of the
equipment and truck auctions conducted by Deanco are open to the
general public.
We accept cash,
cashiers check, company checks, personal checks or wire transfers
in US funds only. If paying by company or personal check, a current
bank letter guaranteeing funds to Deanco must be presented at the
time of registration. Here is an example of an adequate letter of
guarantee:

Dear Sirs,
Please
accept this letter as a statement of guarantee for (your
name or company). (Bank name) will guarantee payment
of the check being presented by (your name or company)
with the account number of __________ to purchase items at
your auction up to an amount no greater than __________. This
letter will be valid until ___________.

Failure to provide
a bank letter of guarantee will result in us holding your purchases
until funds are received by our bank.
If paying by
wire transfer, a deposit in the amount of $10,000.00 or 20% of your
total purchases (whichever is greater) is required on sale day with
cash or cashiers check.
Absentee
Bidding
No
phone bids will be accepted. All absentee bidders must complete
the Absentee Bid Form (.pdf
format) and fax it back to Deanco Auction at 601-656-0192 within
1 working day of the auction. A bid deposit of $10,000.00 or 50%
of total bid prices (whichever is greater) is required to be delivered
unto Auctioneer at least 1 day prior to auction. Failure to agree
to any and all required procedures will result in your absentee
bid being null and void.
